You create Valencia, with your knowledge or curiosity about the city, sharing your experiences with other hosts and users who want to see through your eyes. To be Host you only need to want it, and to receive with open arms all those people who want to learn more about Valencia. You can ask questions, answer you the ones you know, upload your pictures and videos proposals, post an event ...
Moreover, helping the others and been a good host, has rewards. As you upload your experiences on the website, then you accumulate points you can Exchange for prizes. And the more points, more prizes and more prestige as host. And if, in addition, visitors rate positively your contributions, your score will increase until you become the perfect host of Valencia.
How to ask a question...

On the Home, in the "Question" section, there is a dialog box to write your question about Valencia from the point of view of tourism and leisure. For that, fistly you must register by following the steps.
Answering a question
If you know it, don’t doubt, and answer the question. To do it, you’ll see that all the questions have a choice to respond, both those listed on the "QUESTION" section, as the latest in the Home.
Making a proposal
You can share your experiences of Valencia with the rest of users and hosts. First you must register as a host and then follow the instructions. You can attach pictures and videos.
Uploading an event
Valencia is alive, and you too. Show off your newness and culture skills about Valencia, upcoming events that will take place in the city, specifying place and date as well as all the information you can provide.

At the top of the Home,on the right side, there is an option that says "Are you new? Register“. Just click on this option and fill in the asked details. From that moment you will become part of the community VLC&U as a host.
What is MY PROFILE?
Once you have registered on the website, you will have a personal page with your data, the information you upload, your points and rates; constantly updated and from where you can change / edit your data at any time.
How can I add or change my information?
Once you've registered you will have a profile, there you will find an option that allows you to edit and chanfe your information.
What can I do as a Host in VLC&U?
Being Host of VLC&U you can ask questions, answer others ones, upload proposals and post events that you consider interesting. With all that you will add points, get prizes and improve your rating.
How can I search in the website VLC&U?
On the Home page, at the top, on the right side, there is the "search on the web" option. Just write in the gray box the most suitable keywords for what you are looking for and click to see the results that automatically the website offers you.
How can I ask a question or how can I answer one?
To ask a question you only have to enter your doubt in the blank box
that is in the "QUESTION..." section on the Home.
To answer any question already made, you have to go to the link "VIEW ALL
QUESTIONS" located under the section "QUESTIONS ...." Or you can
go to the bottom of the Home, where you'll find a section called "Lastest
Questions." There you will find the tab "OPEN", which refers to
all the questions that, as Host, you still can respond.
How can I upload a proposal?
From the Home page you can go directly to the section "Proposals" or
to "YOUR PROFILE". From any of the 2 options you can upload
the proposal, that would be composed with a descriptive title and the
content. You also have the possibility to include a picture or a video.
Finally, you must tag your proposal in accordance with the categories
that are available on the web according to the topic, in order to facilitate
the access to information of other users.
How can I upload an event to the calendar?
From the Home page you can go directly to the section "EVENTS" or to "YOUR PROFILE". From any of both you can upload the event you want and that would have: name, date and subject. You also have the possibility to include a picture or video.
How can I read the response of other users or hosts?
You should go to the bottom of the Home page, to "Last Question" section. There you will find the tab "RESOLVED", where you'll find the answers that other hosts have given to questions posted by the tourists.
How the system of points works?
The system of points is a reflection of your activity on the website, so the more active you are answering questions, uploading proposals etc. the higher will be your score and vice versa. In addition, other users can also cast their votes to increase the prestige of the hosts.

Los anfitriones son ciudadanos de Valencia que se han registrado en la web con el objetivo de ayudar a quienes no conozcan o tengan alguna duda sobre la ciudad. Su labor consiste en responder las preguntas que los turistas planteen, hacer propuestas interesantes sobre lugares que visitar, o proponer eventos relevantes que se celebren en la ciudad.

Tourists can rate the proposals and uploaded events by clicking on the option "RATING" that always appears next to that information.
How can I make comments?
The proposals and events have also attached a link called "Comment". Clicking on it, it opens a dialog where we can leave our opinion about that information.
